Donald Fraizer has been the Executive Director of Building Opportunities for Self-Sufficiency (BOSS) in Berkely, California since 2013. Boss’s mission is to help homeless, poor, and disabled people achieve health and self-sufficiency, and to fight against the root causes of poverty and homelessness.

Prior to his service at BOSS, Donald was the Marketing and Business Development Director for Center Point, Inc. Center Point’s mission is to provide comprehensive social, educational, vocational, medical, psychological, housing and rehabilitation services to combat social problems such as substance abuse, poverty, unemployment and homelessness.

He is currently a member of the Oakland Thrives Leadership Council, Re-Entry Providers Association of California and the Alameda County Children of Incarcerated Parents, as well as numerous other organizations.
