Craig is Executive Consultant and Strategic Advisor to Looking Glass Community Services in Eugene, Oregon. He previously served twenty years as President/CEO of Looking Glass. Looking Glass provides comprehensive programs for children, youth and families with specialization in adolescent/youth service. Craig started his career over 30 years ago providing direct therapy and clinical supervision of treatment for trauma survivors. Taking what he learned from his clients, he then moved upstream to develop innovative programs, political advocacy, legal/justice reforms and community understanding of behavioral health. Craig serves on several boards including being Chair of the Trillium Community Health Plan board providing coordinated health care to Oregon Health Plan customers. He is also Chair of the Alliance 4 Kids board providing state advocacy for children/youth/family agencies in Oregon. He provides executive/board transition and succession planning, executive coaching, strategic planning and interim leadership as needed to public benefit/nonprofit organizations. Craig has spent his career working with local, regional and national leaders to improve systems of care for those in need of supportive services.
